I hail from Wales after moving around a bit before and then during the scamdemic in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly for 7 years.
I ran letting agencies since 1989 and then taught for the Welsh government licencing scheme for 5 years, ending up working overseeing 2 letting helplines for effectively Blackrock subsidiaries! Have decided to end that in March/April 2025 in order to pursue some activism against the Agenda 2030 plan regarding property.
